Discovered in Japan, Made in Scotland
Small batch craft gin with Japanese botanicles and Scottish Juniper berries
Ùrar Gin captures the warmth of citrus botanicals layered over the crisp foundation of a traditional Highland dry gin, telling a bold, aromatic story shaped by both Japanese and Scottish roots.
At its heart is yuko, a rare Japanese citrus grown only in the secluded coastal forests of Sotome in Nagasaki Prefecture, balanced by handpicked Scottish juniper, coriander seeds, fragrant Szechuan pepper, and zesty lemon peel.
These six botanicals are gently infused for three days before being carefully distilled, rested, and bottled at the award-winning Inshriach Distillery in the Scottish Highlands, resulting in a complex, refreshing spirit that embodies the essence of two cultures—unmistakably Ùrar
Ùrar gaelic adj /uːrər/ fresh, freshly cut
